This Court, vide order dated 12.04.2024, passed in MCRC No. 831 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Idrish Mohammed, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 conclusion of the trial vide order dated 24.01.2025 in CRMP No.288/2025. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bilaspur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.06.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the trial of the present case is at the stage of examination witnesses, and all of the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the now the trial is fixed for examination of defence witness. Trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
