The short grievance projected by the applicant is that he preferred an application for his enlargement on bail for offences under Sections 318(4)/238 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [for short, BNSS], in the Court of learned Munsiff (JMIC), R.S.Pura [“the trial Court”] on 26.04.2025. Objections were filed by the prosecution. However, the said application has not been decided till date, despite lapse of one month.
Mr. Mayank Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he will be satisfied, if learned trial Court is directed to dispose of said application with expedition.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with a direction to learned trial Court to dispose of the application filed by applicant-Sahil Saini within a period of three days from the date a copy of this order is made available.
Copy of this order be furnished to learned counsel for the applicant under seal and signature of Bench Secretary of this Court.
