Vashistha, Special P.P. --- 03 / 17.10.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 12 of 2022 arising out of Bano (Girda O.P.) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 409 of 2021 for the offences registered under sections 115, 144, 149 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-b) a, 26(2) and 35 of Arms Act and section 17 of CLA Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. 3. On the basis of confidential information that PLFI extremist have assembled near village Jamursoya, Surin Toli, the Informant Police Party went there and arrested several co-accused persons. On search, one pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega in connection with S.T.
