Today, despite second call made in a day, no body has turned up to assist the Court on behalf of the petitioner. Moreover, last opportunity was granted to argue the matter vide order order dated 02.04.2025. In view of above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition. Thus, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
