Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Seraikella Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act and charge has been framed for the offence under Sections 64, 65 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Seraikella. 3. On 15.12.2024 at about 3.00 pm, the petitioner and the victim were attending a marriage. While they were returning home, the petitioner on the way raped her. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
