Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. 2.Challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s land in an extent of 252.77 Sq. yds., in Plot No.05, D. No.2-2/8(1)-9, in TS No.646-1, Rai Street, A.S.N. 2 Colony Road, Srikakulam Municipality, Srikakulam Mandal, without issuing any notice to the petitioner, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. It is contended by the petitioner that the notification in Form I was issued calling for objections and suggestions in relation to Zonal Development Plan. The petitioner has filed his representation on 04.09.2023 and 04.12.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that without passing any orders on the said representations, the action of the respondents in proposing to lay/widen the road affecting the subject lands of the petitioner cannot be sustained. 4. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Municipality has issued notice and received objections from the general public and others. He further submitted that after considering the necessary proposals, the appropriate orders would be passed. 5. Having regard to the same, the respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands and shall not lay road across the property of the petitioner without disposing of the objections filed by the petitioner, on 04.09.2023 and 04.12.2023. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
