1. The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition for willful violation of the order dated 03.02.2025 passed in WPS No. 945/2025 whereby the direction given to the respondent/ authorities to decide the representation SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.07.15 10:50:57 +0530
2 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from the date of production of the copy of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the claim of the petitioner was to grant promotion to the post of Head Master, Primary School for which he mad his representation and the authorities neither give him promotion in accordance with law nor decided his representation and therefore, the coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 03.02.2025 had directed the authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the
order. The petitioner has submitted the copy of the order dated 03.02.2025 to the Respondent No. 2 on 25.02.2025, but till date the same has not been decided.

Learned counsel for the authorities, on instructions would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 11.07.2025 by the Respondent No. 2 and he produced a copy of the order dated 11.07.2025 which is being taken on record.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Respondent that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided by Respondent No. 2 vide order dated 11.07.2025, I do not find any willful violation of the order dated 03.02.2025 passed in WPS No. 945/2025.
