Heard learned counsels for the parties. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has been paying Rs.30,000/- per month to the private opposite party as current maintenance and Rs.5,000/- as arrear maintenance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall pay Rs.2.5 lakhs out of the entire arrears due to the opposite party within one month from date and another Rs.2.5 lakhs within one month thereafter. The remaining amount of arrear maintenance of Rs. 7 lakhs shall be liquidated within six months thereafter. The petitioner shall continue to pay the current maintenance to the tune of Rs.30,000/- per month regularly. The opposite party undertakes not to pursue the execution case being C. Execution no.14 of 2021 arising out of the proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. With the above observations, CRR 2967 of 2024 is disposed of. Since the order dated 11th June, 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barasat in M. Execution case no. 162 of
2 2023 is under challenge in the present application, the order passed herein is in connection with M. Case no. 76 of 2018. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
