The Court made the following ORDER: I HIS Criminal Petition, under sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, seeking regular bail, in crime No.211 of 2024 of Prakash Nagar Police Station, East Godavari district. | | t < -.-- 2- A case has been registered against the Petitioners herein and another for the offence punishable under section 109 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that On 03.ll,2024, at about o8.30 PM, when the de facfo complainant returned tO his house from outside, he saw Al to A3 sitting beside his house and on seeing the de facfo complainant, Al while Shouting over him why he uttered badly against one sadanala Bala, stabbed him with a knife on his back shoulder, back bone and kidney place to kill him. A2 and A3 helped Al in causing injuries tO the de facfo complainant. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Petitioners herein/A2 and A3 were arrested On O6,11®2024 and since then they are in judicial remand. Main accusations are attributed against Al only, The only accusation against the petitioners herein/A2 and A3 is that they facilitated Al to Cause injuries to the de facfo complainant. 6, ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case and, since the petitioners herein/A2 and A3 are languishing in jail for more than 60 days, this Court is inclined tO grant bail tO them on the following conditions. 3 r/ i) The petitioners/A2 and A3 shall be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each tO the satisfaction of the learned ll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajamahendravaram. ii) On release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
