Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as one of the accused person is concerned, his anticipatory bail application being ABA No.7763 of 2024 has been disposed of considering that the case is arising out of complaint case and the petitioners have also approached after cognizance and after summing order. He submits that pursuant to the order in ABA No.7763 of 2024, four accused persons have surrendered before the learned court concerned and they have been granted regular bail. 3. In view of above, this petition is being disposed of considering that there is no apprehension of the petitioners to be arrested and accordingly the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned court concerned, who will pass the order in light of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4.
