This petition has been filed by the petitioner on the following relief(s) : “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to comply the order dated 12-06-2024, within prescribed period in the interest of justice. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the Tahsildar Ramchadrapur to decide the execution case in the matter of Pankunwar and another Vs Dev Kumar within prescribed period. 10.3 That this Hon'ble court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favour of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.” 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioners by way of this petition is not challenging any particular order of the respondents, the petitioners are seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to respondent No. 3 and Respondents No. 5 &6 to comply the order dated 12-06-2024 where by the Tahshildar Ramchandrapur has directed respondent no-4 to give possession of the land of khasra no. 896/1 area 0.0380 hectare for complied the order dated 12/06/2024 but same has been not complied, therefore petitioner is praying for direction to respondent No. 3 and Respondents No. 5 & 6 complied the order dated 12.06.2024 within prescribed period. Copy of the all order sheet of the Tahsildar including order dated 12.06.2024. The petitioners are further seeking a direction from this Court to respondent No. 3 Tahsildar- Ramchandrapur to decide the execution case, which is pending before him, expedite within prescribed period. 3. Learned counsel for the State not opposes the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the parties at this stage the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur to consider and decide the pending 4 execution proceedings for compliance of order dated 12.06.2024 as early as possible in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 6.
