If the petitioner had been suffering from any medical ailment, he ought to have approached this Court immediately. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. 3. Though this Court is not inclined to modify the condition, in view of the medical ailments, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.1436 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 4.
