Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed the statement of objections. It is submitted that the applications filed by the petitioners would be considered as per law and Rules prevailing and necessary orders would be passed subject to the petitioners complying with all the requirements and producing the documents as may be required and satisfying the clarifications, if any, by the respondent Authority. 3. In light of the said stand of respondent Nos.2 and 3, the petition is disposed off directing the said respondents to consider the applications of petitioners for issuance of e-khatha in accordance with law, within a - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9702 WP No. 26847 of 2023 period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. 4.
