This is an application for modification of the Order dated 04.07.2025 passed in WPS No. 6804/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to clerical mistake in the writ petition, the address of the Respondent No. 2 to 4 have been disclosed as follows:- 2. Engineer in chief, Public Works Department, Nirman Bhawan, sector-19, North block, Atat Nagar, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 3. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Division No. 1, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 4. Sub-Division Officer, Public Works Department, Division No. 1, Raipur, Dist- Raipur (C.G.). 3. However, the correct description of the Respondent No. 2 to 4 are as follows:- 2. Engineer in chief, Public Works Department, Sirpur Bhawan, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 3. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Division- Vidhansabha, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 4. Sub-Divisional Officer, Public Works Department, Sub- Divisional Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) He would further submit that, merely change of the place of the office does not appear to be prejudice the respondent authorities, however, for just decision of the case, the modification in the impugned order is necessary, therefore, he has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 04.07.2025. 3 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel has opposed. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it would deem appropriate to modify the order dated 04.07.2025. Therefore, the description of Respondent No. 2, 3 & 4 in the impugned order be read as follows:- “2. Engineer in chief, Public Works Department, Sirpur Bhawan, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 3. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Division- Vidhansabha, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) 4. Sub-Divisional Officer, Public Works Department, Sub- Divisional Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.)” in place of the earlier description of the Respondent No. 2, 3 & 4. 6. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC is Allowed. 7. A copy of this order be placed in the record of the WPS No. 6804/2025 order dated 04.07.2025 and be read as a part thereof.
