Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri N.C. Mishra, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief: "(i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents' University i.e. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur to declare the result of the petitioner for B.Com. IIIrd Year for academic session 2023-2024 bearing roll no.2410131120002 within stipulated time given by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents' University i.e. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur (respondent no.2) to take necessary action against the Budh Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Ratsiya Kothi Deoria (respondent no.4) for running the bright career of the petitioner. (iii) issue any other writ, order or direction in suitable nature in favour of petitioner which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Award cost o the petition to the petitioners." 3. The petitioner is a student of B.Com. IIIrd year of Budh Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Ratsiya Kothi Deoria which is affiliated with Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur for the Academic Session 2023-24. The examination centre of B.Com. IIIrd year of the petitioner's College was Chaudhary Charan Singh Mahavidhyalaya Baraipar Pandey Bankata Deoria. 4. The grievance of the petitioner that he appeared in B.Com. IIIrd year examination bearing Roll No.2410131120002 but his result was not declared for the academic session 2023-24 by the respondent's University. In this respect, petitioner submitted representation to the respondents' University on 10.01.2025 but no heed has been paid on the same. 5. Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.3. 6. In such view of the fact, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondent no.3-Examination Controller, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur along with a certified copy of this order, raising all his grievances within a period of one month from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of one month thereafter.
