This appeal has been preferred by the appellants challenging the judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.1069/2024 and other connected writ petitions. This Court vide composite judgment and order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WA No.386/2024 and other connected writ appeals, has set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 27.09.2024 passed in the afore-noted writ petitions.
