Case No. 82 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 943 of 2025 by order dated 06.02.2025 at this stage. 4. It appears that seven stolen motorcycles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Jama P.S.
