The only direction in the order dated 24.06.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.16113 of 2024 was to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the complainant-petitioner dated 15.03.2024.
2. Alleging contempt of the above direction, the present proceedings are filed.
3. In course of the hearing today, learned Additional Government Advocate Mr. Naveen Chandrashekar for the respondents stated that the representation of the petitioner is

decided and in response to the representation, an endorsement dated 02.01.2025 is passed. The same figures on record along with the compliance affidavit.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives in the contempt petition as the direction to consider the representation has been complied with.
5. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
It is observed that if the petitioner has any grievance about the endorsement, it is always open to the petitioner to institute appropriate independent proceedings in accordance with law, in respect of which, this court does not express any opinion on merits.
In view of disposal of the petition, the interlocutory application would not survive and it stands accordingly disposed of.
