Two opportunities were granted to the respondents to contest this application. However, today also, nobody has appeared on behalf of the respondents to contest this application. We have heard Mr. S.B. Laskar, learned Advocate for the applicant. After going through the averments made in the Interlocutory Application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant for condoning the delay of 172 days in preferring the connected appeal. We, therefore, condone the delay. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed off. The Registry to process the appeal and, if found defect free, list the same on 07.09.2026 under the appropriate heading.
