Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 05.05.2025, the Secretary/Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, Krishna at Machilipatnam, submitted a report along with the sworn statement of the petitioner wherein it is stated that during pendency of the above revision case, with the intervention of elders on both sides, the matter was settled and was compromised before the Lok Adalat on 17.9.2022 vide P.L.C.No.474/2022. 4. In view of the above, this Court feels that cause does not survive. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
