It is prayed by the Patna High Court CWJC No.6195 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 counsel that this petition may also be disposed of in similar terms as Order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in above writ petitions. 2. Considering the above submission made by the counsel, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned respondent no. 4 through representation raising all grounds which they raised in this writ petition and on submission of such the concerned respondent no. 4 is also directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws further taking into observation the decision passed by the Supreme Court in the case of Jaggo Vs. Union of India and Ors. [SLP (c) No. 5580 of 2024] and Vinod Kumar and Ors. Etc. Vs. Union of India and Ors.
