10/17.10.2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court, Sri Badal Raj, District Superintendent of Education Ranchi is present in Court today.
3. Mr. Indranil Bhaduri, learned SC-IV appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has submitted that the order dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Court in W. P. (S) No. 2205 of 2016 has been complied with and Department has passed bill towards arrears of salary of Rs. 4,40,847/- in favour of the petitioner and also bill of Rs. 22,120/- towards travelling allowance on retirement in favour of the petitioner has also been passed yesterday i.e. 16.10.2025 and has produced the photocopy of the said bills in the name of the petitioner namely Jay Prakash Choudhary. It is submitted that even the Treasury Officer has also been requested to pass the bill today i.e. on 17.10.2025.
4. Let the photocopy of the Bills towards arrears of salary

of Rs. 4,40,847/- in favour of the petitioner and also bill of Rs. 22,120/- towards travelling allowance on retirement produced by the learned counsel for the State be kept on record.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to serve the copy of the above bills to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
6. In view of the fact that the opposite party no. 2 has complied with the order dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Court, Cont. Case (Civil) No. 237 of 2025 is dropped against the opposite party no. 2 and stands disposed of.
7. It will be open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Appropriate Forum, if any grievance remains pending.
8. In view of the above, personal appearance of Sri Badal Raj, District Superintendent of Education Ranchi is dispensed with.
