Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal which reads as follows:
"The undersigned Advocate for the petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:
1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to transfer the M.C. Petition No.97 of 2023 on the file of the senior civil judge and JMFC at Anekal to Family Court at Bangalore.
2. The parties are in the process of exploring an amicable settlement and are likely to resolve the dispute out of Court.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh if the circumstances to warrant. Hence this memo.

Wherefore the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept the memo and permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if necessary, in the interest of justice and equity."
