Case No. 07 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 74 and 75(1)(i) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 8 of POCSO Act, but charge sheet has been submitted under section 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of POCSO Act pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 13.02.2025, petitioner asked the Informant to board his tempo. It is alleged that the petitioner touched her breast. 4. Learned A.P.P submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17th February 2025. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with POCSO Case No. 50 of 2025 arising out of Airport P.S.
