JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 20/02/2025 [2025:RJ-JP:7679] (2 of 2) [WRW-27/2018] On last date, i.e., 13.02.2025, following order was passed:- “Learned counsel for the review petitioners submits that in the order under review dated 11.12.2017, it is observed that the erstwhile pay scale ₹7500-12000 on completion of ten years of service has been made effective to ₹8000-13500 under the order dated 28.05.2014 whereas, as per the order dated 28.05.2014 (Annexure- A/2) read with order dated 29.05.2001 (Annexure-A/1), the revised pay admissible to the petitioner on completion of ten years of service was in the pay scale of ₹7500- 12000 and not in the pay scale of 8000- 13500. She submits that since, the subject order suffers from an error apparent from the face on record, it needs to be reviewed. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted time to complete his instructions. List the matter on 20.02.2025 as prayed.” Today, learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the contention made by the learned counsel for the review petitioner on the last date. In view thereof, the review petition deserves to be allowed and is allowed accordingly. The order of learned Single Judge dated 11.12.2017 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.8236/2015 is modified in terms that instead of selection scale of ₹8000-13500, the respondent therein, Shri Umrao Lal Jat would be entitled for the pay scale of ₹7500-12000. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. (MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL),J Manish/214
