ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“(i) Quash the entire proceedings in 20430/2023 (W.L.CRNo.6/2023) on the file of 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru offences Section 51 Wild Life Protection. (ii) Pass any order/s as deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission of this Court withdraw the petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file discharge application before the Trial Court urging all contentions including the contentions urged in the present petition.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file an appropriate discharge application, which shall be considered by the Trial Court, in accordance with law.
