Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 05.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4079 of 2025 the petitioner was provided anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated period due to non-communication of the order by the counsel. On this ground, he submits that two weeks’ further time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering that the anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not been able to 2025:JHHC:32373 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 2762 of 2025 surrender before the learned Court due to the reason pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as such further one week after Diwali vacation, 2025 time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 5.
