Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, namely, Khusboo Kumari, who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the deceased has committed suicide due to family dispute between the parties. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
