“Petitioner alleges that she is working as Sweeper with the respondents from 2003 till date. However, no contemporary documents in support of this plea has been appended with this petition. The only document on record is an experience certificate issued to the petitioner on 21.05.2015. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks’ time to place on record some supportive documents. Prayer is accepted. List on 15.12.2025.”
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes.
2 to file afresh in accordance with law alongwith supporting documents in furtherance of relief claimed by the petitioner.
