3. This instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for record (if necessary), set-aside the order dated 20-08- 2018 (Annexure A-6), passed by Special Judge (Atrocities), Janjgir, District Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) in Special Sessions Case No. 31/2018 and to pass any appropriate
order/direction regarding proper enquiry of such tampered document “Dakhil Kharij” of the Applicant No.1 on which Id. Court below has placed reliance and granted bail to the Non- Applicant No.2, in the interests of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial has already been concluded against the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
5. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.--
