As such, they are being disposed of a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)/134/132/121(2)/109(1)/324(3)/352/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 3 / 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. On 11.08.2025, Barhi Police was going on a government vehicle to Hazaribag. They were intercepted by the accused persons and they were also assaulted. It appears that one of the police personnel has sustained lacerated injury. 4. It was submitted that the injuries were simple in nature. It was further submitted that the petitioners are in custody for more than two months. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Barhi P.S.
