By the present CRMP, the petitioner has prayed for following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the ntire record of the case and quash impugned FIR no. 0020/2023 registered by Police Station, Churcha, District Korea (C.G.) for the offence under Section 304-A of the IPC and consequential charge-sheet filed before the Court of Ld. JMFC as well order taking cognizance of offence and initiation of criminal prosecution bearing criminal case no. 258/2023 in the interest of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move an application for discharge of the petitioner before the appropriate forum. 3. Accordingly, the CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to move suitable application for their discharge, if so advised.
