Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that no cause survives in the present writ petition. Pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P. No. 16307 of 2016, the original Mutawalli, Shaik Shabeer Saheb, who was suspended by proceedings dated 28.04.2016, has had his suspension revoked and is currently acting as the Mutawalli of the subject Dargah. Therefore, the petitioner's claim to function as the Mutawalli of the said Dargah does not arise, rendering the writ petition infructuous. In view of the subsequent order of this Court dated 12.05.2016, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
