The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 88/2024, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1970/2024, for the offences registered under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25 of Jharkhand Control of Crimes Act, 2002 and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act, subsequently cognizance has been taken under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25 of Jharkhand Control of Crimes Act, 2002 and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1185/2025 by order dated 13.02.2025. 4. It was submitted that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Mandar P.S.
