Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.328/2023 registered at Police Station Sri Madhopur, District Neem Ka Thana, for offence under Section 147, 149, 323, 342, 325, 459, 307 and 120B IPC. 2. Having argued the bail application for some time, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application at this stage with liberty to file afresh before the trial Court after recording the statements of injured Ashok. 3. In view of above, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty as prayed for. 4.
