Though the Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to implead the proposed parties has been listed today, considering the limited prayer sought in the main Civil Revision Petition, the Civil Revision Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that originally the suit was filed in the year 1996 in O.S.No.103 of 1996 and subsequently the suit has been transferred and presently renumbered as O.S.No.5 of 2024 on the file of the Additional District Court ,Kallakurichi. It is his further contention that even after thirty years of filing of the suit, the parties are not able to realize the decree of the suit. When the suit is posted for arguments, the proposed parties filed an application in I.A.No.331 of 2025 for impleading them in the suit claiming right in the suit properties on the basis of a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 6582 of 2025 __________ Page6 of 7 fabricated Will of their sister Usha. Hence, seeks a direction to dispose of the above Interlocutory Application as well as the suit within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 4. Considering the fact that originally suit was filed in the year 1996 and taking note of the age of the parties, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.331 of 2025 and the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2024 within a period four months without giving unnecessary adjournments and by giving opportunity to both the parties. 5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
