Following order was passed in the matter on 04.11.2025:-
“Notice. Mr. Raman Jamalta, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Petitioner's grievance is that despite office order dated 21.07.2025 having been passed in his favour, the respondents have not released due and admissible retiral benefits to him.
Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 03.11.2025 and on that basis submits that all admissible benefits have been released to the petitioner under Cheque dated 03.11.2025
