The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:- VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Digitally signed by VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN Date: 2025.08.13 19:08:07 +0530 2 “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of revised pay scale which the petitioner is entitled (August 2016 to November 2016) from the date of his completion of 8 years of service. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant and release the arrears of time bound pay scale which the petitioner is entitled from the date of his completion of 7 years of service. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide pending representations filed by the petitioner. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would restrict his submission to the extent that the petitioner worked as Teacher (Panchayat) at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Mahavirganj, Block Ramchandrapur from 12.08.2008 to 30.04.2018, and thereafter, he was appointed as Project Officer in Women and Child Development Department, State of Chhattisgarh and resigned from the post of Teacher (Panchayat). He would further submit that the present writ petition pertains to payment of arrears of revised pay scale to the petitioner, for which he has moved his representation on 27.08.2024 (Annexure P/7), but the same has not been decided till date and no arrears has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the authority concerned/respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time-frame. 3 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the authority concerned. 4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P/7) of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and relevant rules and circulars after verifying service record of the petitioner. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.4 within two weeks from today. 6.
