2 Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 09.01.2025
1. The petitioner herein has questioned the subject recruitment process on the post of Lecturer (Chemical) advertised for the unreserved category post. However, during course of argument, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subject recruitment process has been concluded and no person has been selected on unreserved post and the petitioner also could not be selected though she is Scheduled Caste category.
2. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application for selection in future if the recruitment notice is issued for selection on that post.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, even for the subsequent cause of action, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available to her under the law.
