The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-consideration of the request dated 24.01.2024 and 01.04.2024 (Annexure-J and K). 3. Upon perusal of the records, it is noted that this Court, on two earlier occasions, in Writ Petition No. 7379 of 2021, disposed of on 29.06.2021 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22039 WP No. 29485 of 2024 (Annexure-B), and in Writ Petition No. 681 of 2022, disposed of on 23.11.2023 (Annexure-G) had directed the respondent-authorities to complete the entire proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. 4. In furtherance of the said directions, Respondent No.1 addressed a letter to Respondent No.4, expressing its inability to carry out the rectification, which is reflected in the internal departmental communication dated 24.01.2024 (Annexure-J). 5. In view of the above, I am of the opinion that the reasons assigned in Annexure-J cannot be accepted, as the phodi in respect of the subject land is to be considered in light of the application submitted by the vendor of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015 (Annexure-A), and in view of the directions already - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22039 WP No. 29485 of 2024 issued by this Court on two previous occasions referred to above. 6. Accordingly, Respondents No.1 to 4 are hereby directed to complete the entire phodi work within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. 7. It is further directed that a compliance report shall be filed before this Court by the Special Tahsildar, Bangalore North Taluk, indicating compliance with the order passed in the aforementioned writ petitions as well as in this writ petition.
