No.5) relating to B.C.P. Case pending before the Commissioner as per Rule 61 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962 and Section 37 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 and the Tahasildar shall dispose of such representation, if filed by the Petitioners as per law and to intimate the result of the disposal of the representation to the Petitioners.
