These are the Applications by the Acquiring Body for condonation of 2069 days delay in preferring First Appeals against the common Judgment and Award dated 21.01.2013 passed by the learned Reference 2025:BHC-AUG:13507 2 Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, Dist. Osmanabad in LAR Nos.158/2004, 192/2004 and 167/2004. 2. The lands of the Respondents / Claimants have been acquired by the Acquiring Body for the purpose of ‘Kalegaon Storage Tank at Kalegaon and Arali (BK) vide the Award bearing No.1997/LNQ/KK/KV/ CR4. 3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body that the Appellants were required to get the sanction for filing Appeals at various levels and therefore, delay has caused. He submits that the same may be condoned. 4. The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondents / Claimants. He submits that sufficient reasons are not mentioned in the Applications. 5. On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in the Applications, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’ thereof, subject to costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) to be paid by the Applicant / Acquiring Body in each of the Application to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, Dist.
