By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.92 of 2021 dated 14.02.2021 registered with Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 419, 420, 269, 338, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, a final report has already been filed by the police against the petitioners on 15.07.2021, therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6.
