2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a civil suit no. 18B/2023 before the learned II Additional District Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) (for short “District Judge”) against respondents seeking damages of Rs. 20,00,000/-. Written statement on behalf of the respondents has been filed. On 22.07.2024, issue have been framed (Annexure P-4) . Thereafter an application for amendment was allowed incorporating certain amendments in the plaint. After the amendment is incorporate, the petitioner tried to submit the proposed issues which may be necessary for decision making of the above civil suit in light of the amendment so incorporated. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that as observed in light of the amendment carried out in the plaint no additional issues are require to be framed. He submits that the proposed issue which the petitioner wanted to place on record has not been accepted by the learned District Judge.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permiting the petitioner to make an application under Order 14 Rule 5 of the Civil Procedure Code for framing any additional issue, if so desire. On submission of that application, the learned District Judge shall take decision on it in accordance with law.
6. With these observation and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
