The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and set aside the impugned F.I.R. dated 03/05/2017 passed by Respondent Authorities, in the ends of justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after due investigation charge sheet has been filed and the charges have been framed against the present petitioner by the trial Court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner/ State after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
