The petitioners filed both petitions challenging notice issued under Section 13(4) in The Securitisation And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets And Enforcement Of Security Interest Act, 2002 by filing both petitions in the year 2020 & 2021 interalia on the ground that the learned DRT was not in function on account of COVID outburst. 2. It is stated by Mr. Gupta and Mr. Upadhayay that the petitioners have already approached the learned DRT and securitisation applications have already been moved and thus, these petitions have become infructuous. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by Mr. Gupta, both petitions are hereby dismissed being rendered infructuous. Sd/-
