3. It is the grievance of the petitioner-husband that the interim maintenance order, which has been executed on the amount of Rs.60,000/-, is in question. Therefore, in view of the petitioner-husband having already questioned the final order in Crl.Misc.No.23/2023 in the aforesaid RPFC liberty is reserved to urge all the grounds that are taken in this petition to canvas in his arguments in the Revision Petition.
4. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is
disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner-husband to urge all grounds taken before this Court in the above said revision petition. Ordered accordingly.
