The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1409 of 2025, for the offence under Section 305(b) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi. On 08.03.2025, motorcycle of the informant parked outside Morhabadi Children Park was stolen by unknown persons. It appears that during course of investigation, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that two criminal cases are pending against him. In view of the criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
