Thereafter, recall application being CRMA No.7581/2025 filed by the applicant was not pressed. Rather, to comply with the earlier direction issued by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2025 in CRMA No.5062/2025, once again the applicant has approached this Court by preferring present successive bail application without any change in circumstances. Such application is nothing, but an abuse of the process of law. In view of the above as well as the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of G.R.Anand Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr. Reported in 2021 SCC Online 176, no case is made out to entertain present application and the same stands disposed of.
