By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner prays for modification of Order No.02 dated 30.07.2025, passed in W.P. (Criminal) No.513 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that in Order No.02 dated 30.07.2025, due to typographical error, the year of the Original Maintenance case has been mentioned as “O.M. Case No.94/2017” in place of “O.M. Case No.94/2007”. He prays that the same may be corrected. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, in Order No.02/ 30.07.2025 passed in W.P. (Criminal) No.513 of 2025, the year of the Original Maintenance case be read as “O.M. Case No.94/2007”. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
